Responsible for directing and planning the day-to-day operations of Global Benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, and long-term disability, life insurance, travel and accident plan, 401(k) plan. Investigates new benefits and wellness programs, improves existing programs, and supervises benefits administration, as well as designs employee benefits plans and provides analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs.

Created and manages best in class onboarding program which seamlessly integrates new hires into their teams and the company. This week long program successfully onboarded over 120 in it's first year. Recognized by the company as a key program responsible for helping new hires get up to speed quickly by introducing them to our games, key people they'll be working with and ultimately assisting with a successful integration to Epic.  Acts as a go-to liaison for all incoming new hires and managers to assist with questions from candidates, teammates, and management to facilitate the onboarding processes.

In charge of campus recruitment project; Managing campus recruitment program for up to 20 target schools, represent the agency on campus through organized information sessions and developing relationships with student groups, career services and professors to build the Ogilvy brand on campus.

Ogilvy & Mather

Establishes business partnerships with WW CMO, CFO and Managing Directors across 6 business units (Account, Finance, Corporate Communications, Entertainment, Production and New Business) to recognize, identify, and understand business trends, issues, goals and needs for present and future business initiatives

Acts as a strategic business partner for over 200 employees and managers in 6 business units 

Co-designed and implemented North America flexible work arrangement policy and launched across 8 North America offices; developed communication and implementation strategy for close to 3,000 employees

Designed, implemented and manages Ogilvygo – an internal account management swat team to address rapidly changing business needs; solved for short term needs resulting in a savings of $200,000 in hiring costs
