Cynthia Noel

Cynthia Noel is the Global HR Solutions Lead for Perú at Cargill, where she has played a significant role in human resources management, particularly in employee relations and experience. She has a robust background in human resources, having previously served as the Employee Experience/Employee Relations Lead at Cargill from July 2018 to July 2022. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing industrial relations and enhancing employee experiences across Cargill's operations in Perú.12

Noel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School and has a solid educational foundation in law, having studied at the Universidad de Lima and participated in an exchange program at the Universidad de Salamanca. She is bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English, and has professional proficiency in Italian.1

Her career also includes a position as Employee Relations LATAM Associate Director at MSD, where she has been leading HR compliance investigations across Latin America since July 2022.13
