Sama Mk is a skilled consultant with a wealth of experience in the banking, customer service, and HR fields. Her career began as a Phone Banking Consultant for Bank Dhofar in 2008. She continued as a Phone Banking Consultant for Oman Arab Bank before moving to American Express as a Customer Service Consultant and later working in HR for Mahwar ALwifaq Company.

Currently, Sama is working at Carillion Alawi Company as a Call Centre Consultant, with a recent promotion in February 2014 to Help Desk Supervisor. She is familiar with various operating systems such as MS Windows and Microsoft internet.
