David Fano is a successful entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in building innovative digital products and services. He started his career as an architect, but his passion for building technology products led him to become the Founder & CEO of Teal, a career platform that empowers professionals to make informed career decisions.

David is a leader with significant experience in the HR and real estate industries, having previously served in various executive roles at WeWork, where he led teams responsible for Real Estate Leasing, Design, Construction, Sales & Marketing. He was instrumental in launching WeWork Enterprise, WeWork HQ, and We Membership, and built a global growth team that opened and sold over 2 million square feet of space per month in just four years.

David is also an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, where he teaches courses on entrepreneurship and technology. He co-founded the technology consulting firm CASE in 2008, where he grew the team to 63 and secured clients such as Google, Disney, and Apple. The company was eventually acquired by WeWork in 2015.

David received his Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from Columbia University in the City of New York and studied Architectural Design at Florida International University. He is currently the CEO of Teal, which has grown its platform to over 60,000 users in less than a year.
