James Snyder is a seasoned lawyer with a wealth of experience in providing legal and compliance counsel to emerging and established businesses. He is a dynamic advocate, negotiator, and results-driven leader who has spent years as an in-house General Counsel, winning a unique ability to focus on critical items for his clients' businesses. James' "General Counsel as a Service" approach assures that emerging technology entrepreneurs receive the legal representation they need early on with fees that are consistent and fair. With his proven track record of successful fundraising, acquisition, divestiture and merger liquidity and integration leadership, he has years of experience in many industries, including telecommunications, connected cars and autonomous vehicles, supply chain, logistics, financial services, life sciences, and chemical analysis, as well as employment and insurance defense. James is also well-versed in open source software, data privacy and security regulations across the globe. He has an intimate knowledge of, and trusted relationships within his client's businesses, developing deep working relationships with his client’s as their Outside GC, to ensure they receive the best counsel. James studied J.D., Law, at California Western School of Law and B.A., Political Science, at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
