Kevin Zhang is a partner at Bain Capital Ventures, where he collaborates with founders from the inception stage, focusing on sectors such as software, infrastructure, financial services, and healthcare.14 He has been involved with Bain Capital Ventures since 2016, progressing from an investor to a principal, and then to a partner in 2020.1 Zhang also holds the position of venture partner at Bain Capital Crypto, an investment platform for crypto projects, since January 2022.1

In addition to his role at Bain Capital Ventures, Kevin Zhang is a Series B investor and board member at Loyal, a biotech company developing longevity drugs for dogs.23 Loyal recently secured $45 million in Series B funding, led by Bain Capital Ventures, to advance its mission of extending the lifespan of dogs.23 Zhang has expressed enthusiasm for Loyal's progress towards developing FDA-approved longevity medicines for dogs.3
