Aline Fobe

Aline Fobe, a high-performing management consultant with a passion for sports, has a diverse background in HR and change projects. A graduate of the University of Antwerp and the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, Aline has extensive experience working with dynamic teams and collaborating to achieve common goals. Her areas of expertise include team trust, communication, diversity, resilience, personal well-being, and leadership development. During her time at PwC Belgium, she gained experience as an HR consultant, scale program manager, and operations management consultant. Aline also pursued her passion for sports as a member of the Belgian Women's National Hockey Team, which allowed her to combine her passion for high-level sports with her career as a consultant. Her ultimate goal is to inspire others and share her passion and insights.
