Tim Grover

Tim Grover: Former Owner and Operations Manager at Complete Music Video Photo, Local Account Executive at Mediacom Business, and Freelance Writer/Videographer/Photographer in Des Moines, IA, with expertise in communications, sales and marketing. A University of Northern Iowa graduate in Communications/Radio TV and Journalism, and an Iowa Central Community College graduate in Broadcasting. He hosted several blogs, written two articles for The Iowan magazine, and had numerous poems selected for the annual Lyrical Iowa anthology. Tim has also displayed his photographs at the Iowa State Fair. As the former Owner and Operations Manager for 25 years at Complete Music Video Photo, Tim has provided quality entertainment services for over 6000 couples and 1000 corporate and school dances in central Iowa. He successfully launched and marketed three additional revenue streams—Videography, Photography, and a Photo Booth—to supplement the core DJ service. Tim most recently worked as a Local Account Executive at Mediacom Business in Des Moines and loved meeting business owners, learning about their operations, and coming up with ideal solutions for their telecommunication needs. Tim's vast experience has led him to be an engaging, empathetic, curious communicator and outside-the-box problem solver. He is currently writing/editing an e-book about Babe Ruth, Bob Meusel, and their October 1922 midwestern barnstorming tour.
