He has held various key positions such as Management Professor, Key Speaker, Corporate Trainer & Consultant, Executive Director, Professor, and Dean in several reputed organizations across India. Prof Garg's expertise lies in Strategic Business Planning, Business Re-engineering, Marketing, Branding and Corporate Communications, Management of Institutions, Organizational Development & Board functions, among others. He is also an author of the self-development book "Anandmay Safal Jeevan."

Prof Garg's academic credentials include an MBA (PMA) in Agri-business from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Master of Science in Agriculture from GB Pant University of Agri and Technology, Pantnagar. He is a mentor and advisor of Anuragyam and Aask Education, a chief patron of Aask Education & SUCCESS GANGA, and a visiting professor at several management institutes.
