Molly Graham, a seasoned executive with experience in scaling startups, has held leadership positions in several high-profile companies. She began her career in journalism, working as an associate editor at the Council on Foreign Relations before transitioning to the tech industry. Her early roles included manager of global communications and public affairs at Google and various positions at Facebook, starting as manager of culture and employment branding and culminating as director of mobile. After leaving Facebook, she joined Quip as COO before moving on to a similar role at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. Most recently, she was COO at Lambda School, where she is credited with helping to scale the company from 50 to over 1,000 employees in just two years. She is also a former board member at Fundera and an operating advisor at &Then.
