VP of Marketing

Responsible for the oversight and management of client relationships and leading account management efforts to develop branding strategies for higher education and CPG accounts. Branding strategy development informs the concept development to produce impactful communications founded upon an authentic brand narrative. Strategies are based on qualitative and quantitative research to deliver research-based recommendations. Daily responsibilities include ensuring accurate delivery of multiple campaign initiatives while working collaboratively with the creative team, cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships by instilling trust and delivering results that lead to the continued growth of accounts

Clients include: University of Dayton, Albany College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences, Rutgers University-New Brunswick, University of Virginia, SuperPretzel, LUIGI's Real Italian Ice, Whole Fruit, and Parx Casino.

Leading user experience initiatives and managing UX designers to deliver digital solutions to support business goals and user expectations. 

Clients included: Comcast, Sprout, GlaxoSmithKline, Marcal Small Steps, Sprint, RICOH, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, University of Pennsylvania, and Jefferson University Hospital.

Executive Creative Director

Daily responsibilities include: client relations, working with designers and user experience specialist to deliver information architecture documents that meet project specifications, working with the Director of Technology to insure optimal user experience is maintained technology needs current. Managing design team and freelance resources and supervising concept development to meet business needs and audience expectations. Developing user experience methodology and processes. Working closely with Account Executives to cultivate business opportunities.

Creative Director

Daily responsibilities included: client relations, proposal development, assisting the Creative Director to coordinate design deliverables with Account Managers and Project Managers, providing creative direction to the design team and developing creative briefs, managing freelance resources, leading capabilities presentations for new business pitches, working closely with the development team and insuring user experience is reflected within the information architecture to meet project requirements, and coordinating with the Quality Assurance team to insure that interactive work is properly tested for launch. Preparing and attending sales pitches with Account Executives and Project Managers to present services to current clients and prospects.

Associate Creative Director

Daily responsibilities included: client relations, estimate/proposal writing, capabilities presentations for new business pitches, supervising projects from kickoff meeting to launch, coordinating with design and development teams, working with script writers, voiceover talent, and audio engineers to produce voiceover narration, and developing the Quality Assurance test plan to insure that interactive work is properly tested for launch.

Taught two foundation courses: Introduction to Typography introduces first year students the anatomy of type, terminology and the use of type as a design element; Graphic Design 2 brings design and practical business practices together by requiring research and creative brief development while focusing on developing the design process to produce a professional final presentation.

Adjunct Professor: Graphic Design

Taught Art and Design Concepts which teaches students the components of the design process, research methods, creative problem solving, brainstorming techniques, critical thinking, and idea refinement.

Art Institute of California

Taught three foundation courses: Fundamentals of Graphic Design acquaints the beginning non-designer with basic design principles, terminology, guidelines and methods used to solve design problems; Materials, Tools and Comping Techniques teaches the basic skills needed to create professional comps for presentation; Digital Tools 2 teaches how to efficiently use Adobe Photoshop, Quark Xpress, and Adobe Illustrator within the design industry.

Academy of Art University

Taught the Professional Practices course which introduces the practical side of design: ethical practices, studio/agency structure, and business documentation. Presentation techniques, project management, and estimate and proposal writing skills.

Started in the West Village of New York City then moved cross-country to the city by the Bay in 2001. Daily responsibilities included: client relations, estimate/proposal writing, design concept development, art direction for print and web projects ranging from corporate identities to packaging, finding new resources for design concepts, content development, design presentations, design/production trafficking, coordinating projects with designers and freelance resources, vendor/resource management, on-press supervision, budget forecasting/development, strategic planning, and implementing marketing and public relations efforts.
