Currently working on growing Outlook's consumer business and advancing Microsoft's customer-focused, experimentation-led and data-driven product development culture. Responsible for delivering topline revenue growth through ad-supported experiences and premium-feature upsell as well as optimizing our new user funnel.

Here are a few highlights from my time in this role:
 - Led working team of 15+ to drive Outlook.com user acquisition plan, partnering across Engineering, Design, Research and Brand teams to unlock growth potential for our business.

 - Launched new Outlook.com website for 1.4B monthly visitors, drove 8% increase in the 30-day net new engaged users while keeping sign-in success rate at previously high levels.

 - Secured commitment from Microsoft Account leadership to modernize their fraudulent account prevention tools, reduced account creation rate for signups likely to be fraudulent by 80+% and increasing good user signups by 21%.

 - Scoped and executed campaigns in mini OWA and Universal to drive Outlook mobile installs; mini-OWA saw a 47% increase and accounted for 50% of all app-driven installs in FY20, while Universal finished as the largest big-screen driver of installs at a ~2.5M yearly run rate. 

 - Built a $1M+ recurring revenue stream for Universal by delivering premium and ad-supported experiences through partnership with Ads and Edge teams, Windows leadership, legal and PR. 

 - Delivered whitepaper analyzing Outlook's competitive position in the consumer space; outlined the market landscape, usage trends and key success factors of our competitors. Led LT working session to identify our own opportunities for scaled growth.

Product marketing lead for Microsoft Outlook, helping customers and partners understand Microsoft's latest innovations in email and why Outlook is the premier email client application on the market.

Product Marketing Manager

Responsible for sales enablement for the Office 365 product team, working to arm partners with the tools, knowledge and resources to effectively sell Office and Office 365 to small and medium sized businesses.

Also responsible for field and partner readiness and landing for the upcoming launch of new Office 365 plans for small and medium sized businesses.

Lead successful launch for Office 2013 and Office 365 Midsize Business & Small Business Premium in Microsoft's SMB channel. Developed channel launch strategy, created readiness and disclosure resources and executed on training with Microsoft field and partners.

Responsible for evangelizing the stories of our Office and Office 365 customers by helping them share how our products and services have helped their business be successful.

Manged the blogging, social media and community building efforts for Office 365, focusing on driving awareness, product education, demand generation and customer engagement and support.
