Denis Mylnikov is a seasoned professional in managing development and sales with over 16 years of experience. He has an extensive knowledge of both the FMCG and Fashion segments, having brought over 20 new fashion brands into the Russian market, including Premium & Lux segments. Denis has a deep understanding of the commercial function and has experience in managing all sales channels, including retail, wholesale, franchising, e-commerce, and marketplace. He has expertise in project activities for the launch of new store formats, points of sale, and management systems. With advanced analytical and marketing skills, he has worked with different financial models and predictive modeling of economic effect, as well as in-depth experience in managing a team of over 100 employees.

Denis has opened over 80 retail stores (format 150-350 m2), over 100 franchising stores, and has launched Outlets (format 400-1500 m2). He has developed sets of necessary documents for foreign brands, such as concession agreements, license agreements, and supply agreements, along with registration with Rospatent. Denis has experience in the creation and coordination of technical and engineering projects during the repair and opening of points of sale.
