Will Allen is a business leader, investor, non-profit founder and former professional athlete with over ten years of experience. He has managed high-performing teams and produced outsized returns on investments. Allen studied business analytics and completed his Master of Business Administration - MBA in Management at the University of Dayton. He then went on to study at prestigious institutions, including Harvard Business School and Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Allen is a strategic communication graduate from The Ohio State University.

Allen has led investments, advised companies and start-ups on market growth strategy, facilitated strategic partnerships, and developed team and culture-oriented environments. He has served as a member of a 10-county region CEO economic development organization, a healthcare organization, and a regional workforce investment board. As a former professional athlete with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Allen has developed meaningful relationships with athletes, influencers, CEOs, and brands.

Allen is a partner at Magarac Venture Partners, a member of the board of directors at Allegheny Health Network, and a co-founder at Nascent Group Holdings. He has also founded the Will Allen Foundation and worked as an intern at 120 Sports and National Grid.
