Zoie Babakitis

Zoie Babakitis is a talented UX Designer who received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from CUNY Hunter College.
She further honed her skills by completing the CUNY TechWorks User Experience Design Training Program, where she was trained by industry experts in user research, visual design, information architecture, and prototyping & testing.
Her proficiency extends to utilizing design software like Figma and Sketch, as well as coding in HTML5 and CSS3.
During her tenure at Junto, Zoie Babakitis played a key role in the redesign of a social media app, showcasing her abilities in user research, product design, and conducting qualitative & quantitative research.
Her skill set also includes developing user surveys, recruiting testing participants, conducting user interviews, facilitating usability tests, and creating prototypes.
She was part of a design team that created an iOS mobile app centered around re-imagining the experience of a Magic 8 Ball, where she contributed to various aspects such as wireframes, design mockups, user personas, and empathy maps.
Apart from her professional roles, Zoie has had diverse experiences, including working as a Server at Mel's Burger Bar, an Investigative Analyst at PGB Executive Investigations, and as a Qualitative Researcher at King's College London.
Currently, she serves as a UX Architect at FCB Health, where her expertise and background in psychology and sociology uniquely position her to excel in designing user-centric solutions.
