Jesse Morgan

Jesse Morgan is a compassionate problem-solver and UX/UI designer with a passion for making technology user-friendly and enriching.

With a background in research, writing, and theory, Jesse's interdisciplinary approach to design thinking enables him to creatively and collaboratively solve problems.

Formerly a licensed massage therapist, Jesse brings deep empathy and patience to his work, allowing him to identify pain points and customize solutions for individual needs.

His expertise includes UX design, UI design, product design, user-centered design, qualitative and customer research, persona creation, business and competitive analysis, user flows, customer journey maps, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, visual and interaction design, mobile application and responsive web design.

Jesse is proficient in tools such as Sketch, Invision, Figma, Marvel, Zeplin, Whimsical, Trello, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Education-wise, Jesse studied Certificate in UX Design at General Assembly, Political Science at Brown University, and pursued courses at Harvard Extension School, The University of Edinburgh, and Lafayette College.

He has worked as a UX Designer at Tonic Inc., UX/UI Designer at The Banjo Project @ Emerson College, UX Intern at Cloud Elements, and also honed his skills as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Symmetry 360 Massage and Elements Therapeutic Massage while starting his career as a Barista at Starbucks.
