Zain Richardson is an accomplished marketer with experience working for some of the biggest names in the hospitality industry. He has studied business administration at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and IE Law School, and holds a master's degree in English, Modern Languages, and French from the University of Oxford.
Richardson has held many executive positions throughout his career, including Chief Marketing and Customer Officer at Aero, Chief Marketing Officer at Aman, and Senior Director of Luxury Brands in Europe at Marriott International. He has also worked as a Senior Director and Head of Marketing for the Latin America and Caribbean regions of Wyndham Hotel Group, and as the Global Partnerships and Retail leader at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
In addition to his experience in the hospitality industry, Richardson has also worked as a strategy consultant for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Jetsetter, and Parthenon-EY. He has also served as a market research and strategy analyst for Freshminds Talent, as well as a public relations and marketing consultant for Agence Hopscotch.
Throughout his career, Richardson has demonstrated expertise in marketing, customer experience, branding, and hospitality management. He is passionate about driving growth and building strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
