Zahid Hasan is a seasoned professional with 22 years of experience in project management and technical backstopping, specializing in food security, livelihoods, market development, disaster risk reduction (DRR), agriculture, nutrition interventions, and humanitarian response programs.

His expertise includes project design, proposal development, value chain analysis and development in agriculture, particularly focusing on vegetables, fruits, fisheries, and dairies. Zahid also excels in agriculture extension support and designing interventions to uplift underprivileged communities.

He has a strong track record in community engagement, community development, and implementing participatory approaches for livelihood interventions. Zahid is known for his problem-solving skills, with a special emphasis on addressing poverty-related issues with a human-centric approach.

Furthermore, Zahid has demonstrated proficiency in digital knowledge management and leveraging Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D) to create sustainable capacity building initiatives in food security and livelihoods.
