Zack Silverman

Zack Silverman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Walter Craft Caesar, a company specializing in premium Caesar cocktail mixes. He co-founded Walter Craft Caesar in 2013 and has also established another beverage company, Kelvin Slush Co., in 2012. In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, he is the co-author of the book Caesar Country: Cocktails, Clams & Canada, which has been recognized as a national bestseller.1

Zack Silverman was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, and has lived in various cities, including New York and Miami Beach. He currently resides in Toronto with his wife and three children. Before venturing into the beverage industry, he practiced law but describes himself as a "recovering lawyer" who enjoys a variety of pursuits.1
