Zachary O'Hara

Zachary O'Hara is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in various security disciplines, known for his ability to enhance operational efficiency by implementing top-notch metrics, learning strategies, and process management.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration with a minor in Computer Science from Western Illinois University and a Master of Science in Management from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Zachary has held key roles at renowned organizations, such as Facebook, where he served as the Process Excellence Manager in the Global Security Operations, responsible for driving operational excellence. Prior to this, he also led as the Center of Excellence Manager, Onboarding, Training and Development Manager, Shift Manager, and Team Lead within the Global Security Operations division at Facebook.

Before his tenure at Facebook, Zachary showcased his skills at Walgreens, where he worked as both a Team Lead and Specialist in the Security Operations Center. Additionally, he gained valuable experience in Public Safety and Security at AdventHealth.
