Robert "Bob" Osmond is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Commonwealth of Virginia, appointed by Governor Glenn Youngkin in April 2022.1 As CIO, he leads the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA), which delivers IT services to 65 executive branch agencies and supports the citizens and organizations of the Commonwealth of Virginia.1
