Zachary Kramer

Zachary Kramer is currently the Dean and Professor of Law at Elon University School of Law, a position he assumed in June 2023.12 Prior to this role, he served in several leadership positions at Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, including twice as interim dean, executive associate dean, associate dean of faculty, and associate dean for intellectual life.12
Kramer is an accomplished legal scholar, focusing on civil rights law. He has authored numerous articles in leading law reviews and published a book titled "Outsiders: Why Difference is the Future of Civil Rights" with Oxford University Press in 2019.12
His academic background includes:

Kramer's career in academia began as the inaugural Charles R. Williams Teaching Fellow at UCLA School of Law. He then taught at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and Penn State Law before joining Arizona State University in 2010.12
