Zach Taub is a highly accomplished professional who has had a successful career in business management and customer experience. After studying Sociology at Pitzer College, he furthered his education at Hokusei Gakuen University, where he studied Japanese language and business. Later, he pursued a Master's degree in Business Management at the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
Currently, Zach works at AIG as Regional Head of Customer Experience, where he oversees customer satisfaction across the region. Through his expertise, he has been able to shape the customer experience across different regions to make sure they are of the highest quality possible. Zach's expertise in business management, coupled with his ability to speak Japanese, has played a valuable role in aiding international business expansion and improving communication among multinational teams.
