Armed with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, Journalism, and Engineering from the University of North Florida, Zach brings a multidisciplinary perspective to his work.

Zach's career highlights include collaborating with international brands, as well as engaging in deep projects with NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL). As a Solar System Ambassador for JPL, Zach combines his expertise in design with his passion for space exploration, allowing him to create experiences that resonate and make a lasting impact.

In addition to his work with JPL, Zach has held prominent roles such as Principal at Prosper, Principal Designer and Research and Tech at General Assembly, and COO and Co-Founder at District Innovation Lab. These positions have allowed him to further develop his skills in purposeful design and have reinforced the importance of precision and expertise in achieving ambitious goals.

With a background in journalism and psychology, Zach possesses excellent communication and empathy skills that contribute to his ability to understand and connect with people on a deep level. He leverages this understanding to create designs that not only meet the needs of users but also evoke meaningful emotions.

As a former Instructor and Consultant at General Assembly, Zach has also demonstrated his commitment to sharing his knowledge and expertise with others. He is well-versed in Salesforce implementation, enterprise customer experience, and strategic planning, making him a valuable resource for organizations seeking to optimize their processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

In his previous roles as Director of Communications at Delta Upsilon International Fraternity and Communications Designer at the University of North Florida, Zach gained experience in strategic communications and event management, further enriching his skill set.
