Zach Michel
Zach Michel, a founding member of Looker's Department of Customer Love, has a diverse career background that spans across leadership, data analytics, and customer success engineering. With experience growing teams from 50 to 1000 people, Zach has learned how to integrate a medium-sized company into one of the world's largest and operate at massive scale.
Zach studied Economics and Global Economics at Lund University and Technology and Information Management at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Additionally, he has held various customer success and support roles at Looker, Firebolt, and Google Cloud where he served as the Global Head of Customer Success Engineering & Solutions Strategy.
In his career, Zach has developed a passion for helping others succeed, building successful teams, and learning about new technologies. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and pets, traveling, and playing lacrosse and video games.
