Additionally, Zach pursued Mechanical Engineering studies at Arizona State University.

Previously, he served as the Director of Product Management at Pattern®, Associate Director at Chewy, Manager of Product Management at Amazon, Senior Product Manager - Hardlines Private Brands at Amazon, Senior Vendor Manager - Grocery at Amazon, and also contributed significantly during his tenure in the Retail Leadership Development Program and as a Mechanical Engineer at Burns & McDonnell. Before embarking on his managerial journey, Zach engaged in impactful roles as a Mechanical Engineering Intern and later as a full-time Mechanical Engineer focused on Energy. He also devoted time towards teaching as a Portuguese Instructor and a Full-Time Missionary at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
