Zach Koch is a seasoned product leader with a diverse background in computer science, design, and management. He has been instrumental in building and leading product teams for some of the most widely used products in the world, such as Chrome Browser, Android OS, and Pixel Phones. Currently, he is the Director of Product Management at Shopify, where he is leading the Headless effort.

Koch is an experienced public speaker and has given presentations at prestigious events such as Google I/O, Chrome Dev Summit, and SXSW. He studied Computer Science and Religious Studies at DePauw University.

In addition to his current role at Shopify, Koch has held various positions throughout his career, including Product Lead, Android & Pixel Software Taiwan at Google, Senior Product Manager, Chrome Browser at Google, and Software Engineer // Designer // PM at Verbling. He also co-founded BookSnag and worked as a Front-End Developer at DealBase.com.
