Yvette Pasman is the owner of On the Morro Strategy & School, a platform that guides organizations in embracing and utilizing change fueled by technological advancements through future vision creation, strategic planning, and training programs.
With a background in strategic planning in advertising combined with her experience as a facilitator, teacher, and trainer, Yvette has collaborated with various prominent organizations like Spaarne Hospital, Deloitte, Shell, and more to co-create future strategies and drive innovation using the power of storytelling.
Yvette is also an adept teacher, having educated students on scenario planning and executives on moonshot thinking and the impact of thought-provoking questions.
Her educational journey includes studying VWO at Revius Lyceum and pursuing a Master's degree in Corporate Communication & Design, focusing on Marketing, Communication & Design at Hogeschool INHOLLAND Diemen.
