Yutaka Nemoto

Yutaka Nemoto is a seasoned investment officer who presently holds the position of Vice President at Mizuho. He is responsible for investing in Venture Capital/Private Equity funds, direct investments, and real estates. Nemoto possesses extensive experience in corporate planning and management of overseas subsidiaries, making him a multi-faced player in the field. Moreover, he specializes in investment objectives, including both financial and strategic returns. His aim is to aid in transactions such as financial advising for IPO/M&A and business matchmaking between portfolio companies and Japanese corporates.

Nemoto obtained his Bachelor's degree from Meiji Gakuin University. With over 14 years of experience in the finance industry, he is proficient in investment portfolio management and portfolio analysis, strategic planning, and creating business plans for startups and established firms. He also provides expert advisory services for major corporates, focusing on issues such as CVC establishment, startups and VC funds introduction, and DD of startup/VC fund. In addition, he focuses on value creation for invested fund portfolios by introducing startups to major corporates and provides placement support for portfolio funds.
