Yukiko Utsumi

Yukiko Utsumi is a Strategic Business Development Manager at Google, currently based in Japan. In her role, she is involved in developing and executing strategies to enhance Google's business operations in the region.

Before joining Google, Yukiko held significant positions in various companies. She was the Head of New Business Sales in Japan at Google and previously served as the President of OpenTable, where she oversaw its operations in Japan. Additionally, she was the President of Travelzoo Japan and an Executive Officer for Travelzoo Asia Pacific for over six years. Her career also includes senior roles at Rakuten, including Managing Director for Rakuten Dining, where she was responsible for restructuring business units and managing special task force projects. Yukiko began her professional journey with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and co-founded ProTrade, which was later acquired by Rakuten.12

Yukiko holds an MBA from the EMBA-Global Asia Program, which is a collaboration between Columbia Business School, HKU Business School, and London Business School, and she graduated from ICU's College of Liberal Arts in 1998.1
