Yuji Akaba, a former partner at McKinsey & Company with 14 years of experience in management consulting, has dedicated his career to helping entrepreneurs build successful startups and assisting large corporations in their management innovation, leadership development, and succession management. He is currently a director at Infinity Blockchain Holdings, a parent company of Infinity Blockchain Labs, one of the largest blockchain R&D companies with operations in Vietnam, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Japan. Yuji is a core member of other blockchain startups in Japan, including BINARYSTAR, the largest blockchain business hub in Japan, and a Managing Director at Breakthrough Partners, a Tokyo-based firm that focuses on developing leaders in organizations through coaching and executing various strategy development, profit improvement, and organization effectiveness projects.

Yuji received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tokyo and a Master of Science and a Degree of Engineer in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. He has authored 21 books in Japan and additional 20 books in China, Taiwan, Korea, and Thailand, which focus on developing the skills and perspective of individuals in various fields.
