Yu Tian

Yu Tian is an accomplished professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, possessing a diverse range of functional capabilities and professional experiences.

Dr. Tian currently leads the Solid Tumor Franchise at Novartis Oncology in China, overseeing strategic planning and organization development, specializing in therapeutic areas such as Hematology, Breast Cancer, Renal Cell Carcinoma, and Lung Cancer.

With a Ph.D. from Yale University's School of Epidemiology and Public Health, Dr. Tian's expertise spans various business lifecycles, from start-up to mature phases, while showcasing commercial leadership skills.

Prior to Novartis, Dr. Tian worked as a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group, focusing on healthcare management and strategy engagements, particularly in the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and hospital sectors in China.

Her educational background includes a B.A. in Statistics from Peking University, further complemented by her fluency in English and Chinese languages.
