Sr. Sales Engineer

Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) Working in conjunction with Sales\Sales Engineering, providing Professional Services to Trend Micro Customers.
Responsibility:
- Professional Services.
- Design and Deliver Trend Micro Solutions (APT, EndPoint Solutions, Mail/Web Gateway Security, Exchange Protection, Mobile Security, SharePoint Protection and Handling Threat Analysis escalations).
- Provide High and Low Level Designs Documents for the solutions.
- Write the Technical Proposal, Scope Of Works and Implementation Documents.
- Handling the Premium Support Services for VLE and Enterprise Accounts.
- Technical First Point of Contacts to specific VLE Accounts in different sectors (Governments, Communications and Oil and Gas).
- Handling Trend Micro Products Implementation till Project Closure.
- Support Customers on his on-going security assessments and recommendations. 
- P0/P1 Technical Cases handling with Service Engineering Team and Products Developers.
- Provide On-Site Support for Critical Cases.
- Following up with VLE/Enterprise Accounts for their Technical Issues till re-solution.
- Customer satisfactions during all engagements is top-priority.

Sr. Technical Account Manager

Working in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers, as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) l am the bridge technically between customers and Trend Micro. As a TAM it is my job to address challenging, high impact customer situations with a high level of insight and understanding. Also as a TAM I take ownership of the technical support relationship to drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers both on-site, online and via telephone. Providing customer support for Trend Micro products as we well as Malware support during detection and outbreaks. I also provide customer training on Trend Micro’s products.
