Younes Rharbaoui is an accomplished professional who has made a name for himself as an investor and supporter of ambitious entrepreneurs throughout Europe. With a passion for tech, startups, and the digital economy, he has dedicated his career to identifying and nurturing the most exciting ideas and turning them into successful ventures.

Younes pursued his interest in math and science as a student, studying applied mathematics and earning honors at the prestigious Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He went on to achieve his Master's degree in International Management with a major in finance at HEC Paris, before completing his CEMS MIMT in International Management at the CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education.

He began his career as a Private Equity Analyst at Ardian before taking on a role as Pathfinder at TheFamily, where he identified and assessed startups with growth potential. He eventually became Dealflow Manager at the same company, using his expertise to guide and advise entrepreneurs as they launched businesses that disrupted traditional industries. Younes went on to join Join Lion as a Dean, where he continued to provide guidance to entrepreneurs to build their startups into successful ventures. He has also served as an Associate Professor at Sciences Po, where he shared his knowledge about startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

Currently, Younes is the Chief Financial Officer at The Family, continuing his work to support startups and entrepreneurs in Europe. He is known for his strategic insight, business acumen, and his ability to identify and mentor promising entrepreneurs.
