Startup Alliance(http://startupall.kr) works to enrich the Korean startup community and foster startups’ expansion into the global market. Startup Alliance is a network created through public-private partnership between the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning, business incubators and pioneering IT companies including Naver, Kakao and SK Planet. Startup Alliance effectively links different members of the ecosystem and strives to be the catalyst for creating a virtuous cycle for the startup ecosystem.

• Advocative Activities
- Assisting startups in tackling their difficulties and amplifying their voice by gathering ideas of investors and discussing the future of ecosystem. Introducing startup ecosystem to investors in various areas, including press, public organizations, congress and academic circles by holding Startup Ecosystem Conference, Korean Startup Forum

• Seminar & Conference
- Organizing seminars and conferences to share diverse experience and knowledge within the startup ecosystem including <Koreans at Silicon Valley>, <Koreans in China>, <Teheranro Lunch Club> and other events to facilitate insightful discussion for Korean startups

• Networking & Meetup
- Hosting events for members of the startup ecosystem to connect, create new opportunities for collaboration such as <Teheranro Coffee Club(biweekly)>, <Teheranro Book Club (monthly)>, <Press day>.

• Support Global Expansion
- Supporting Korean startups’ growth toward a world-famous company. Provided different programs and also arranged meetings with foreign startup personnels such as <Japan Boot Camp>.

The Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) is South Korea's leading government agency that oversees the advancement of Korean creative content, both domestically and internationally. KOCCA covers a wide range of Korea's creative industries, including gaming, animation, character licensing, music, fashion, and broadcasting. KOCCA actively advances these industries via production support, marketing and promotion, global expansion abroad, human capital development, and cultural technology implementation. 

• Convergence Project Team(January, 2016 – August, 2016)
- Mainly managing KOCCA startup accelerator program “Convergence Challenge Program” and liaison with accelerators, startups, government organizations

• Creative NeWave Task Force Team(January, 2016 – August, 2016)
- Managing the administrative process for new vision strategy from a brainstorming state to implementation

• Business Planning and Cooperation Team(March, 2015 – January, 2016)
- Developing result management system and performance indicator for each business 

• Reorganization of Organization Task Force Team(January, 2015 – Feburary, 2015)
- Analyzing internal-external issues and diagnosed roles and responsibilities about each team 

• Planning and Coordination Team(March, 2014 – March, 2015)
- Preparing correspondence data for responding parliamentary inspection of the administration, managed public relations by handling communication with assembly legislative staff
- Preparing outcome report for public organizations performance evaluation and coordinating response team
