Director of Operations for TradeMissions.Org, a certified trade mission organizer for the U.S. Department of Commerce. Responsible for organization and coordination of yearly trade missions all over the world, including recruitment of local investors, event coordination, database management and material preparation – content and design. 
Responsibilities include: 
•	Event planning and management of the trade missions throughout the world, including venue selection and contract negotiation, agenda planning and ensuring all details of the event are executed successfully and smoothly. 
•	Directing the pivot to online conferences and trade missions in 2020, researching and learning the available platforms and creating new processes for online trade missions 
•	Managing all aspects of investor recruitment, including all marketing and recruitment communication with local investors 
•	Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to devise proper strategy to recruit appropriate local investors for the U.S. Funds 
•	Database management 
•	Collaboration with all teams to maximize our operations and efficiency, adopt new technologies and practices, and implement them.

Responsible for independently managing and coordinating all aspects of projects from development, through implementation and completion, as well as troubleshooting all technical issues. 
Responsibilities included: 
•	Coordinating all internal and external resources for project success 
•	Acting as liaison between our clients, vendors and internal departments on all projects 
•	Customer support, throughout project and continuing support after completion as well as account maintenance 
•	Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and customer expectations are met 
•	Creation of new internal processes for new products or vendors, and training the team to implement them. 
•	Creation of training plans (processes and written material) for new employees 
•	Training of new employees utilizing the above training plans 
•	Auditing of internal databases - supervising the research of discrepancies and their correction.
