Yoav Wechsler

Yoav Wechsler is an R&D Executive with over 22 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary activities in System Engineering, FPGA, ASICs, Application SW, Embedded Software, and Hardware across Israel, China, and the US.

Throughout his career, Yoav has held various management positions, including 13 years as VP R&D, and has worked with European and US corporate companies, small-size firms, and startups. He has close connections with marketing, sales, operation, customer support, and human resources.

His specialties include management-team build-up, system architecture, VLSI design, system design, embedded SW, quality assurance, network management, leadership, R&D strategy planning, project management, and customer support responsibilities.

Yoav Wechsler holds patents related to clock synchronization and distribution over optical Ethernet and secure network element communications to SDN Manager.

He pursued his education with a Master's degree in Jewish Philosophy from Ariel University, a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Technion, a Post Doctoral degree in Jewish Studies from Ben-Gurion University, and a PhD in Jewish Studies from Bar-Ilan University.
