Eli Nazarov

Eli Nazarov is an accomplished R&D Executive and Software Architect with a passion for coding, algorithms, and development processes.

He has a strong background in building high-scale cloud services and security products and is experienced in leadership roles within major software companies.

Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at ServiceNow, overseeing multi-disciplinary product development and managing a team of over 180 employees.

Previously, Eli held the position of VP R&D at Loom Systems, a role he continued after the company's acquisition by ServiceNow where he demonstrated expertise in backend, frontend, dev-ops, cloud infrastructure, BigData, and security research.

Prior to Loom, he was the VP R&D at Cympire, focusing on innovative cybersecurity training solutions and managing diverse R&D teams and domains.

Earlier in his career, he served as a Software Architect at Imperva-Skyfence, designing cutting-edge solutions for large-scale challenges in security and leading Big Data infrastructure development upon acquisition by Forcepoint.

Eli holds a B.Sc in Computer Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and has prior experience at Microsoft, Qualcomm QIsrael Ltd., and in computer security with the IDF.
