Foxtrot Systems helps distributors of any size create optimized daily routes for their drivers. My responsibilities include turning years of algorithmic R&D into an API consumable by multiple clients, building an intuitive, easy-to-access web dashboard with AngularJS (in Coffeescript), and designing sophisticated, distributed infrastructure for hosting and deployment, with Python apps (mostly Flask) on AWS and Heroku.

Was solely responsible for planning and implementing a saved reports feature in Node which included significant infrastructure (EC2, RDS, SQS, Elasticache, ELB). DevOps responsibilities included development of in-house gamified code coverage system.

Responsible for creating, managing, and advocating for an online tutoring, learning, and scheduling system that services thousands of monthly users, including low-income in-need students in certain school districts. Our platform is currently in active use by students, tutors, and secondary schools across the USA, with coaches from MIT, Harvard and other top institutions.

Developed new website and administrative backend from scratch (Django/Python). Created access portals for companies at various events, and managed school-wide mailing lists.

Currently distributed on the Mac App Store, along with branded versions for several local business to handle sensitive payment information.

Developed a credit-based video conferencing system (powered by opentok) and a Twilio-powered automated calling dashboard for appointment reminders. Allows physicians to simply upload their schedules and forget, while patients are automatically called and their responses logged.
