Marek Zamecnik is a seasoned entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and tech enthusiast with a wealth of experience in different sectors. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Hons. in International Business Management from Oxford Brookes University, and later earned a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business and Management from The University of Manchester. Marek also studied at Copenhagen Business School, where he obtained an MSc in PIM.

Before co-founding 0100 Ventures, where he serves as a Partner, Marek held various executive positions in different organizations. He was the former CEO and Founder of VESTBERRY, and he also worked as the Head of Swiss at Private Equity Insights Ltd. Additionally, he was the Venture Development Manager (PEI) at Nova Founders, and he served on the Advisory Board (Buducnost Inak) for Nadácia Pontis/Pontis Foundation.

Marek's passion for innovation and entrepreneurship is further evident in his involvement in various organizations. He was the Chapter Director of Startup Grind and a co-founder of RubixLab. Additionally, he worked as the Strategy at 0100 Conferences, a private equity and venture capital platform.
