Technical Product Owner - Secured Lending 

•	End to end delivery of a digital point of sale for HSBC's US mortgage business. Determined business requirements with a cross-functional team. Ran the RFP and vendor selection process, including vendor due diligence, contract negotiation and securing executive management approval for the contract. Conducted vendor oversight, troubleshooting of platform issues, and maintenance and delivery of product roadmap. 
•	Co-ordinated maintenance and delivery of digital mortgage servicing roadmap. Worked across mortgage, IT, digital and third parties in addressing customer issues. 
•	Supported development and launch of digital solutions for Term-life and Property & Casualty Insurance solutions. Defined customer flows, oversaw delivery of online content, and established tracking and reporting to drive journey optimization.

Head of Digital Mortgage

•	Developed Retail Mortgage future state strategy, including competitor analysis, vendor evaluation, options analysis and financial modelling of proposals
•	Successfully obtained approval from executive management and Group for future state business plan. Led cross-functional effort to co-ordinate transition to implementation.

Vice President Strategic Initiatives

•	Selected to head operations for a fledgling unit catering to large corporate customers, a new market segment that QBE was attempting to penetrate, and charged with developing the operational blueprint for the unit. 
•	Led development of the unit’s annual business and financial plan, to establish our vision and executional approach to market expansion and operational delivery. Conducted internal capability assessment. Proposed a prioritization of customer segments based on expected value and ability to serve.
•	Engaged departments across the organization to define requirements and establish operational vision. Operational vision included value-based client servicing approach. Oversaw execution, including technology projects to deliver new product capabilities, and the establishment of new process flows to service large corporate customers. 
•	Supervised teams of operational staff (across New York and Wisconsin) to manage the flow of documents and information, analyze financial and operational data, and problem solve client-service and regulatory reporting issues collaboratively with representatives from across the organization.

Selected by McKinsey, on secondment from the Singapore Government. Projects included:
- Recommended a yield optimization strategy to boost revenues for a global logistics company based in Singapore. 
- Led cross-functional teams spanning procurement design, engineering, and production to create and execute material and tooling cost management and supplier negotiation programs for automotive clients in Japan and Thailand, with 20%+ savings for client.
- Coached managers in executing an organizational change management program for an oil and gas company based in Malaysia.
