Yao Chew

Yao Chew is an accomplished professional with an extensive background in finance and management. Yao holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Master of Arts and Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cambridge. Yao is currently Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at HSBC and was previously the Head of Digital Mortgage at the same company. In addition, Yao has worked at QBE North America as the VP, Operations Manager - Major Brokers, and as a Strategy Associate. Before joining QBE North America, Yao worked at JP Morgan Chase & Co. and as the Head at the Ministry of Finance. Furthermore, Yao has worked as a Gem Associate at McKinsey & Company and Assistant Director at the Ministry of Information, Communications, and the Arts Singapore.
