Yan Phun

Yan Phun is the Interim Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of 99 Group, a prominent real estate technology company based in Singapore. He has a rich background in media and advertising, having successfully started and exited several ventures in these fields prior to his role at 99 Group. Notably, he co-founded FlickEvents, an event management and community engagement platform that served major clients like Facebook and McDonald's.12

Phun graduated from the School of Computing at the National University of Singapore, which laid the foundation for his career in technology and entrepreneurship. Alongside Darius Cheung and Conor McLaughlin, he co-founded 99 Group in 2014, aiming to simplify the property search process in Southeast Asia through user-friendly digital platforms.12 Under his leadership, 99 Group has expanded its operations significantly, acquiring multiple property portals and achieving substantial revenue growth.1
