COO & CRO at Weights & Biases: The AI Developer Platform
Yan-David (Yanda) Erlich is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Weights & Biases, a company focused on developing tools for AI developers. He joined Weights & Biases operationally in June 2021 after leading the Series A investment in January 2019 as a General Partner at Coatue Management.12
Erlich has a strong background in entrepreneurship and investment, having been a venture-backed founder and CEO multiple times. He founded Parsable, a platform for connected workers, and served as its CEO from 2013 to 2017. He has also been involved as an angel investor in companies like MasterClass and Thumbtack.1
In terms of education, Erlich holds an MBA from Stanford University and a B.S. in Computer Science and Electrical & Computer Engineering from Rice University.1 His career reflects a passion for building and scaling innovative products and businesses, particularly in the AI and machine learning domains.12
