Yair Laron is a Co-Leader of Deloitte Catalyst based in Tel-Aviv, where he heads the Services to Startups division, focusing on Innovation, Technology, and Disruption.

With a strong educational background from Tel Aviv University in Accounting and Law, Yair brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

Yair collaborates closely with key stakeholders, entrepreneurs, and startups in the Israeli ecosystem, supporting them throughout their entire journey from inception to IPO/M&A.

His professional experience includes roles such as Former Chief of Staff for the Chairman & CEO - Innovation Practice Leader at Deloitte, Lecturer at The Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, Bold Innovator at XPRIZE, and various positions at Deloitte in Innovation, Strategy, and Global Audit Innovation.

Yair Laron also served as a Teaching Assistant at IDC Herzliya, a Project Manager at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, and an Intelligence Officer (Captain) in the Israel Defense Forces.
