Career Background

Zhang began their career in October 2010 as a Senior Staff Researcher at Huawei Technologies, where they contributed to a team that received the President Technical Recognition Award in 2011. After three years, they transitioned to Samsung Mobile, eventually becoming the Senior Director of R&D, where they led the development of the Samsung Mobile Enterprise Security and the Samsung Knox platform for mobile device management and enterprise application security.

In May 2015, Zhang co-founded hireEZ, focusing on creating an intelligent platform for outbound recruiting. Their work at hireEZ includes the development of features like EZ Rediscovery and EZ Insights, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of recruiters by providing updated candidate profiles and strategic workforce planning tools.123
