Xia Fang is a licensed professional Building Energy Engineer with a strong background in energy efficiency and conservation.

Xia holds several licenses and certifications including Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), LEED Accredited Professional, and Certified Ground Source Heat Pump Installer.

With a Master of Science (MS) in Energy and Environment from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Thermal Energy Engineering from University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, Xia has a solid educational foundation.
