Xavier Ripoll

Xavier Ripoll is an accomplished professional in the field of Electrical Engineering and Bioengineering, with a Master's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and Bachelor's degrees from Universitat Barcelona in Electrical Engineering and Physics. He also completed a summer program in Aerospace - Launchers Technologies at Hochschule Heilbronn - Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft and completed a coaching course in Innovative Engineering Coaching, Teamwork, and Coaching at Universitat de Girona. Xavier currently serves as the CEO of Psious, a virtual reality platform that helps users overcome anxiety disorders. Before joining Psious, he co-founded Grow in Pallet, an innovative recycling company. Xavier's research experience includes working as a Research Assistant at Microwave Active Antenna Group at the University of Colorado at Boulder and as an Electrophysiologist and Bioengineer at IDIBAPS. He has also worked as an Engineer at IDIBAPS - Sanchez Vives Lab. With a diverse range of experience, Xavier brings valuable skills to any team he works with.
