Wk Sung

WK Sung is a seasoned professional with a strong background in cross-border M&A, fundraising, and divestments for public listed companies and private equity clients.

During his tenure at CIMB Investment Bank, WK Sung worked on key notable deals such as the LBO of a quick-service-restaurant chain in Malaysia and the re-IPO of PT Matahari Department Store TBK.

His past deal experiences also include significant transactions like the sale of logistics and life insurance businesses, re-IPOs, privatisations, and takeovers for various companies.

WK Sung has also been credited with enhancing the visibility and increasing deal flow for South Korean Investment Banking business in Malaysia.
