Roman Ivaniuk is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in direct investments, IPOs, and M&A.

As a founder of a leading growth/late-stage VC fund in Europe, he has managed over 200 million in assets under management with a track record of 20+ successful investments including well-known companies like Glovo, WeFox, Deliveroo, McMakler, and Sennder.

Roman has facilitated 25+ investments in global tech companies' IPOs, overseeing approximately 200-250 million of invested capital in the IPO stage and securing 200 million for deals through fundraising initiatives.

With a deep understanding of the European and UK investment landscape, Roman possesses extensive ecosystem knowledge of growth/late-stage VC/PE investments.

He has cultivated a strong network through 20+ co-investment collaborations with premier global investment firms and UHNWs globally.

Having orchestrated over 30 successful M&As and LBOs, Roman's expertise extends to acting as an Investment Banker with transaction volumes exceeding 1 billion.

He enjoys a well-established rapport with founders of prominent European and UK growth/late-stage companies, as well as with early and late-stage global investment funds.

Roman's hands-on approach includes launching projects from inception, managing day-to-day operations, overseeing fundraising activities, pipelines, and deal-making processes.

His leadership skills are evident in his experience in hiring and leading teams of over 50 people, both as a managing partner and as a CEO of a substantial corporation.

Roman Ivaniuk pursued a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services at The National University of Ostroh Academy.

Throughout his career, he has held various key positions in reputable organizations such as BrightOne Capital, Blackshield Capital, GR Capital, UKRSPYRT, Concorde Capital, Warburg Pincus LLC, and TASCOMBANK.
