Winston Faircloth is a highly experienced and accomplished CEO and social entrepreneur with extensive experience in CSR, nonprofits, IT shared services and SaaS. Over the course of his 30-year career, he has been responsible for multi-million dollar lines of business and has demonstrated a passion for team and client success.

Faircloth's career has included several executive roles, including Vice President of Workplace Engagement at FrontStream and CEO at Upic Solutions, United Way of the Bluegrass, and United Way of the Virginia Peninsula. He has also served as the Vice President of Resource Development at Metro United Way. Additionally, Faircloth is the founding CEO of Winsightz, LLC, a $4.5 million per year 100% bootstrapped startup.

Faircloth is a graduate of The College of William and Mary, where he studied Government and Philosophy. He is also the founder of For Love of Team and serves as a mentor to #Future7FigureCEOs.
